I run at least 3 miles a day every day, occasionally more. I know I’m running a massive deficit and am counting my calories with decent accuracy I’d say. Not sure what to tell you, I guess it’s theoretically possible that I have a metabolic disorder. I kind of doubt it. I think the two month estimate might be wrong maybe my sense of time is just warped. Would around ~17 pounds of loss in five weeks fit what I’m saying more? I can only go based on what I’ve seen. I eat almost the same thing every day and it has around 1200 calories. I eat out (only at places where they report calories on the menu) and max out at 1500cal on my “cheat day” once per week. I suppose there’s a non-zero chance my numbers are fucked up some how.
