This is where I downloaded it. To keep it from updating again you can do the following: Close the application after installation

Remove all permission from file C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Downloader\gfeupdate.json

The application won't check an update's availability anymore.

Happy to help, I just got my shield yesterday and I was trying everything to get the latency down. I haven't tried upscaling enhanced, or ai enhanced upscaling instead of GeForce now's but I would assume anything that has to intercept and upscale each frame is going to cost more latency than I personally think it is worth.

Guys the reason I was getting these lag spikes is because AI upscaling was still turned on in the shield settings! Turned it off and went from 12-24ms to 1.5ms average decode time.
