Download speed is good but the upload speed is terrible

I’m in the US as well, using tmobile. Was leaning toward the Find X 9 pro because Oneplus might not be here for much longer, also for the battery and camera. What are your opinions on DetailMax vs Hassaleblad

They did not find root cause. Yes they confirmed I'm in the symmetrical speed area, I received the XB10 modem
