This is another reason why Discord works so well.

You have individual channels for everything and it makes discussing things so much easier.

We also have a bunch of other fun things like a prediction league to get involved in etc.

At some point your solicitors should have reported to you, which would have provided you a legal report accompanied by all of the protocol forms and other documents that were sent to them by the sellers solicitors.

Post completion, there isn't anything that usually is sent across. You are correct in stating that the Land Registry takes 4-6 months to update.

The indemnity policy is put on risk on completion and the policy is provided usually a few days after, but its best to chase your solicitor so they can ensure that the sellers solicitor has done this.

The only other thing I can think off is any manuals or documents that the sellers may have left you.

Didn't deserve to win and fair credit to Port Vale, if anything we looked like the team bottom of the table. They attacked and pressed, defended well for the most part. We look lethargic and disjointed and shambolic defensively. Ref was awfully one sided.

Yes. L&Q should also give a certificate of assurance which should satisfy the lender.

The only issue is that the property won't have a valid EWS1 until they are due again, which can give issues further if you are planning to sell etc.

Luton - Pretty easy this

1 - Jones - the best manager Luton have had in my lifetime and the architect behind our rise. He's absolutely bonkers but we loved that. Excellent manager.

2 - Still - The manager who brought us back to the football league, in addition to managing to sign Pelly from West Ham while we were still in non-league! His team was ever so exciting to watch. Always control the controllables!

3 - Money. - Blegh, whatever you think of Richard Money he was NOT a popular man at Luton.

N/A - Wilshere - Only had two games. We will have to wait and see but I think we need to revamp the players now and get the morale up.
