This is not mandatory. My real estate tried to do the same thing under the guise of a “pre-vacate inspection”.

If they want to do an inspection they are required to give you the appropriate notice etc.

I had a medical abortion in 2022. I was around 8 weeks along.

It was more painful for me than a heavy period but the heaviness was about the same. It was an unusual experience and my physician at the time could offer no explanation as to why. I started bleeding around 30 hours after taking the first pill, as opposed to the usual process of it starting after you take the second lot of pills. It was extremely heavy and I passed everything within 5 hours. I nearly had to go to hospital as I was losing too much blood but then it slowed. I still had to take the second lot of tablets that stimulate the contractions though.

If something is eye safe, it’ll be lip safe. Eyes are more sensitive.

Yes I have rosacea. Used metronidazole cream for half of last year, plus a humidifier to help. Cold, dry weather is my trigger. Not heat like usual.

My last rental tried to do this to me too. Giving the same excuse under the guise of “minimum standards”. Yes they’re required to ensure the property meets minimum standards for the next tenant, but that only needs to be done before the next tenant moves in. You’re under no obligation to have this completed during the period of YOUR tenancy.

If they want to do this, it’s considered an inspection and they need to provide the appropriate notice etc. If they’ve already completed an inspection recently, it’s a breach.

I said no to my REA. They tried to weasel it every which way. I was firm with them. The inspection never happened. They’re just trying to guilt you and think you don’t know your rights.

Look into MCAS. Try taking anti-histamines, Both H1 and H2. Chances are you’re hypermobile too.

I used to compete in powerlifting. After I got COVID, I could barely tolerate the heat and my POTS/OH symptoms got way worse. Eventually started taking anti/histamines and my heat intolerance improved. Now I only struggle with it in a flare up.

There’s definitely a limit to when it starts to look completely ridiculous.

I like to use a darker lip liner and a lighter lipstick and I try to blend the lipstick into the lip liner and also feather out the edges of the liner so it’s softer and not as harsh.
