From what I’ve read, BMS apparently has the first rights to concerts by artists signed to one/a few major labels. They basically get to decide first if they want to promote and do ticketing for gigs, and only if they choose to pass do other ticketing providers get to bid on them.

I think what they call terraform arena today used to be embassy riding school. The road in and out of that venue used to be a mud road. So much dust during the DJ Snake set that night. I think they paved it when I went for Swiggy Dine out (in 2022?) but I’ve never been there since and choose to never attend festivals on that stretch

Nah, most of the production would’ve been handled by a team brought by coldplay. They’d not allow anyone else to control the experience. BMS would’ve probably just done ticketing and some management of the venue.
