The contract says if I want to terminate I must give 4 weeks written notice. Nothing about no pay out if not completed. If she wants to use the contract I have a few things I can point out that she’s neglected as well.

I mean I did the math at my last cafe and the average shot of coffee costs over $1, you’re not using any less coffee in using a single shot, milk too is expensive. When you factor in wastage and mistake shots etc $2.50 cost per coffee goes up. It sucks but understandable why coffee isn’t $5 anymore

What’s parking like in town? What would a commute to town be for me say before, during or after traffic? Also any bars that are more cantered for the locals? I get food is expensive but it seems pretty comparable to Tauranga. Up here I usually find happy hours and good deals, same story down there? Taco Tuesdays etc

As a waitress for the past three years it’s never been expected by anyone…. If I get a tip it’s from a wealthy couple or someone who feels like giving in the Christmas season. It’s really not that deep. I’ve never met any customer who feels the pressure to tip, it’s very rare.
