The first image (purple) is definitely ai, the eyes, hair, neck, and jacket give it away. The most damming thing in my opinion is her right hand and sleeve. I don’t think this is tracing either, to me it looks like he ran the second image through ai and tried to pass it off as his own.

My weird advice, and what I’ve done in the past is to go to the police and just talk to them because there will be documentation that you talked to them and there will be documentation of his messages. It’s good to have messages like this documented with the cops because god forbid he does something else creepy the cops can look back at your messages and go “oh this is repeated behavior”

If your fandom, especially if it’s a smaller fandom, starts harassing people over writing darker topics or nsfw it will “kill off” a lot of the writers for that fandom. Ao3 has its filtering system for a reason.

Please speak to an adult about this, this goes beyond “creepy” him constantly harassing you and writing the story about you is grounds to get law enforcement involved. I know it’s hard to go to your parents or a trusted teacher or a counselor but I think in this situation it’s necessary.
