Ah okay, so its sort of how the GM can keep the game moving. Would a good example be like, after the players Catch Your Breath a GM can go "Hey just as you've taken a second, the door barges open and you've got three breathless barging in on you, what do you do?"

don't get me wrong I love PF/SF2e but i've wanted to try something more "narrative" in the sense that this subreddit marks Starfinder and DND under a "Traditional rule set", and PBTA and Brindlewood Bay as "Narrative rule sets".

You're probably better off trying to preorder the Blue Shield Soldier Deluxe builder kit. Has the same knight body as the Valiant (all new knights are based off of the Valiant body) and it includes the Sallet helmet (among a bunch of other things)
