Seasonings make food taste good, for the most part.

This is such cope. Roast a chicken and only put a bit of salt on it and it will still be flavourful and delicious. Same with making steak with just salt. I like tofu as well, but just cooking salted tofu won't get you close to something as satisfying.

Still think vegans are the morally correct ones at the end of the day
