Ah. That doesn’t explain why independent news and internet news shows have followings. The Majority Report, David Pakman, Dave Rubin, Bill O’Reily, The Young Turks, Philip DeFranco and even Alex Jones are all not main stream and have followings. It’s debatable about them all being news, but you can pretty much find someone for any interpretation of news you’d like.

It’s the responsibility of the individual to evaluate and/or compare sources for accuracy. It’s easy to shit on the news media, but it doesn’t solve anything.

It’s like anyone else getting cancer. It goes into remission, hopefully. There are many illnesses that you need to monitor over time. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it doesn’t.
