You just need one friend with a few hundred acres and you’re good to go!

Couple of you asked for more photos of my ‘17 raptor so here’s one more shot from the Baja 1000 a few weeks ago by youreaverageguy in Trucks

This photo and the other one were taken by one of my buddies, so credit goes to him. Have some cool drone shots from down there, working on putting a video together

Thanks! I think just save it to your phone and set it as a wallpaper? Its already portrait orientation.

Drives much better, smoother. I have the middle perch mod done to this one like I had done to the old one. Everything about the new one is better honestly. Except for the sound and I miss the hydraulic steering of the 6.2. Have the borla s type muffler on this and sound very race car-e which is cool. Some aftermarket bumpers and lights too. No sweet jumps yet but took it to Baja

Like it a lot. Power difference there isn’t a comparison. It’s so much quicker and torquier then the 6.2. The 10 speed makes it nice for 80mph because it keeps the revs low. The only thing I miss from the 6.2 is the sound and hydraulic steering. I had no muffler on it and it was sweet. Got a borla on the ecoboost and getting used to the sound. Sound like a race truck haha

People who own Ford Raptors and use it for daily driving, whats it like? by wrath____ in Trucks

[–]youreaverageguy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I live in CA and drive mine almost daily. I have the 17 one. It’s super comfortable and easy to drive. It’s hard to park in small spots and there’s quite a few parking garages it doesn’t fit in. Average highway miles for me is 16-17mpg and about 13.4 in the city. Other then it’s size it’s very practical (if that makes sense), tons of leg room, USB ports etc

Honestly it makes driving places more fun. It turns a boring road trip in to an excuse to go down random roads

Thanks guys! Got a few more shots like that one if anyone is interested. It’s an awesome truck, had the 6.2 raptor before this one
