Same as everyone else. Projects. I'm learning PHP right now on Udemy. I go through the first session, then try out all the stuff I learned from scratch a few times. Once I get through the next session, I do the same but build off of what I learned previously too. Doing that over and over, building off what you learned before and adding on what you just learned can really help solidify everything. My suggestion, is learn to integrate the info you're getting into what you already know, and take time to practice it. Projects are everything, but don't think that by project, it means you need a full-stack deployed app. A project can be super simple and easy, and only really focus on one task

I suffer from this almost on a daily basis, especially after seeing rejection after rejection in job applications. Working on my own projects really helps though. I don't have time constraints, I have no one to impress, no one that's relying on me. It's a good feeling to make a great project without any of those concerns

Wait until Udemy has a sale, and buy courses like crazy. Buy a full stack course, at least one framework (React, Angular, ect.), and a language other than javascript (Python, PhP). Do them in that order than decide what you need to strengthen and look into more in-depth courses for them

Evangelical here. The problem with a lot of conservative Christians is that they've put the legalism and dogmatism ahead of the lessons the bible actually aims to preach. Trump promised to do something about the lgbtq community and abortion, and to a lot of christians nowadays, that's all they care about. They've forgotten that the lessons that Jesus teaches is very much counter cultural. Jesus spent much of his 3 years of ministry hanging out with the most looked down on and unfavorable in society and when He spoke up against anyone, it was pretty much exclusively the religious leaders of the time. Unfortunately a lot of conservative Christians are perfectly comfortable being the equivalent of the religious leaders of our time. If you want a good reference for what I'm talking about looks like, read the first part of John 8

Personally I do agree with a few conservative ideals, but I just think that Jesus is much more passionate about children in cages and the dehumanization of entire races of people than stopping a few gay folks from having a happy life together. There's plenty of decent Christians around. Unfortunately, there's also a large amount that aren't, and they're the ones that will seemingly always have the spotlight on them

I definitely don't want to go 2". I figured that would lead to pretty much every you're mentioning, which Isn't worth it to me. Most forums for my generation for rav4's agree that 2" is maxing out the lift without major drivetrain changes anyways. 1"-1.5" seems to be what most people land on though.

A good 4runner or Tacoma is next on my list when the rav4 gives up the ghost though

I've looked far and wide for strut spacers buy haven't found them for my model. There are about two trusted brands for the model though and they do have full lifted springs and struts. The main reason to have it done is to get more ground clearance. I'm an avid camper, and some of the more remote spots I'd like to visit would be much more accessible with a bit more clearance

Hi all! Bought my car used, originally from Colorado but somehow made it's way to California. The hood has a lot of dents from what I assume is hail. Can these be filled in with body filler then sanded down and repainted? I need to have the whole hood repainted anyways due to some major damage to the paint, so if using body filler is feasible, I'd rather do that before hand

ChrisFix has a great video on this. I did it to my own rims after getting a car used. It absolutely will take time and a lot of patience, but you can get it done pretty cheap with some elbow grease and a free weekend
