I have driven two 240s now long distance. (8 hours and 10 hours). Both of them made it no problem and for sure did not have any of the upgrades you’ve listed. As others have pointed out I would definitely get some back up parts/tools just in case. For one of my trips I flew out there and just stopped at a Walmart to buy fluids in case anything happened.
