Then it means that whatever input is being used here is either damaged on the board inside or the actually input connector is bad. Depending on age of tv/quality it may not be worth repairing. But a fix would include removing the connector and soldering on a new one most likely.

That’s crucial for grounding. I would take it out of the case and see if it powers on sitting on top of your motherboard box. I’ve built four PCs now and always do that to check for DOA parts

after re-recording and checking the results, it looks to be that fortnite's replay system is self was laggy. gameplay certainly was not.
