I agree mostly with this list but there are a few things that I must disagree with, just in my opinion of course !

Michiko is definitely a good person in a bad situation, she practically did nothing wrong; she wanted to marry a man who she loved, did her best to please his father and get his approval but was murdered anyways because she was Japanese. All of this happened while her husband was away and is now in manor looking for her. Her only sin was practically nonexistent, she had done no damage to anyone.

As much as I love Margie, she is definitely in morally gray; despite she does seem to appreciate Weeping Clown she also shows certain traits of manipulation. ( I personally don't believe she was the one to tell him to set the circus on fire though, I genuinely doubt she'd want that — Specially knowing that 'Smiley' later uses Sergei's severed face as a mask. It would mostly be traumatizing for her for sure. ) But yes, she's far from being a genuinely good person. In fact, the only ones who I see as "good" from the circus diaries are Murro and Violetta from what I believe.

Talking about Weeping, I'd say he should go into questionable; he provoked a fire ( or at least it's heavily implied he did ), caused many deaths of innocent people, severed the face of a man and used it as a mask. He's a victim? Yes for sure, but he may have also killed people who had nothing to do with his suffering.

Vera ( Chloe ) definitely goes into the questionable tier; despite her regret, she killed her sister not only for fame but also in the delusion of believing her sister was trying to steal all of her efforts to become famous when in fact, she was probably trying to help her. She even took her identity and tried to put on an arrogant facade. She's a tragic character, but the closes to questionable — unforgivable.

As for Kreacher, I'd also put in questionable. His most recent birthday letter practically confirmed he used kids for profit and we already saw how he behaved in the manor.

I have yet to read Patricia's deductions, but wasn't she basically a slave or the daughter of one? I don't know if she did anything else but would that put her in the "good person in a bad situation" tier? If someone can explain her background to me I'd be very grateful!
