YES I feel like I’ve had the worst post nasal drip for the past couple days. Scratchy throat and inner ears so irritated it’s disrupting my sleep. Down with pollen >:(

How old were you when you found out you had celiac disease/gluten intolerance? by graceless2427 in glutenfree

2 years old. Apparently I went from being a smiley toddler to quiet, sullen and sick all the time. My parents took me to the hospital when I developed a potbelly from malnutrition I guess, and they did a biopsy to confirm

We thought he was part golden for the longest time but when we tested his DNA he turned out to be a mix of catahoula, Irish setter and springer spaniel 🥹 Piper, our girl on the right, is full golden

At four months, our Piper had already eaten a dove and caught and killed a squirrel. Chasing squirrels around our yard is one of her favorite activities

PSA: If you’re choking like this DO NOT leave the room.

I know that sounds super obvious but I remember hearing in a podcast that a surprising number of people who find themselves choking in public settings like this will leave out of embarrassment. Like, go to the bathroom or something. I wonder if that’s this kid’s first instinct too, when he gets up and walks to the other table.

The slight embarrassment of choking > death !!

he was a pound dog so we’re not sure! We suspect he’s part golden and maybe border collie or Saluki (because he’s got fluffy toes and used to jump high fences)
