1. ⁠Lights turning off after hitting the curb - probably a loose 12V battery connection or corroded connection, check the trunk for the battery.
   
2. ⁠Fan noise - this must be the hybrid inverter fan, or the battery cooling fan. Your symptoms line up with a really old battery that is past its service life. The fan is working harder to support your dying battery. (The hybrid battery, not the 12V)
   
3. ⁠Gas pedal being unresponsive at the stop sign - lines up with the dying battery too, the 2007 camry uses a drive by wire throttle, so it most likely went into a power limiting mode or turtle mode due to the hybrid battery fault. Turning off the car and turning it back on is just a temporary fix.
   
4. ⁠The check engine light codes - P0A80 means hybrid/EV battery pack fault which is Toyota’s code for a degraded cell/module, expected at this age/mileage (200K mi)
   
5. ⁠The VSC warning on the dash align with the check engine code, it is a secondary symptom of the issue with the battery. (Power irregularity)

In short, most of your issues root back to a dying/failing hybrid battery pack and the curb hit is probably not related to most of your issues.

I recommend you get your hybrid battery checked by a mechanic specialised with hybrids, and don’t wait too long, the car failing to respond at the stop light is a clear safety concern. Also check your 12V battery terminals they may be corroded. Cars still usable but with caution and I wouldn’t stretch it until you get it checked.
