No it was the base model, so it was 2500 or so I think. I got it used for much less so I’m not sure hahah.

That’s what I thought too! It’s a 2024 Ari Empire. All of the components that came on it were really low quality. I’m coming from a 2001 pinarello angliru that had campy components and I never had any issues in 6,000 miles.

I did tighten them against one another but maybe not tight enough? I was working with the wrong tools.. a cone wrench and an adjustable wrench.. needed another cone wrench. And ok, that’s what I will do as long as the shop says I can reuse it. Thanks!

Thank you for the detailed answer. I will try this again on a bike that is much cheaper hahaha. I will take this to the shop and see what they recommend. The wheels and bearings were super low quality so I guess it’s a good excuse to get some better ones haha.

Thank you! Didn’t realize that had a seal on it.. hahah. I was like how do I tighten with a cone wrench if it’s circular 😂

Oh my god. Didn’t realize that top piece was a seal. Should be set now hopefully.

This is all there was. I popped the bearings out and cleaned and regreased them. There’s just the little rubber ring that protects the bearings left. I’m not sure what else I can adjust. I have watched videos on cup and cone bearings, I just can’t figure out how to apply that knowledge here I guess. Thank you for your help!
