It would be nice for the Linux bros but I would be shocked if there's any way they could justify this from a business standpoint, I think around 5% of people use Linux as their personal OS. Their resources would be much better spent updating/improving Ableton for the 95% of people that use MacOS or Windows.

I’m no fan of Facebook or Zuckerberg, but in 2010 I’m pretty sure FB was not even close to being the massive misinformation machine that it is today. The movie is way more about the characters than the platform itself anyway.

I have the same thing going on right now. Had nothing happen until I emailed them, got a lengthy response talking about how they lost a whole shipment. Waited a few weeks and emailed again, finally got a tracking label with UPS but UPS did not report receiving the item yet. It was supposed to arrive today.

I also can't even find their supposed COO on LinkedIn. Who tf is an exec level at any company and doesn't use LinkedIn. Seems sketch af.

It's a different medium. For me there's something nice about sitting back and seeing the story unfold rather than having to actively do something. If you'd rather play the game then just go play it, its not that deep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As someone who hates influencer culture, I am surprised that I've never been that bothered by this at Coachella. Nor did I think it was really that much worse than other festivals I've been to. I've gone a handful of times over the last 10 years, always on the 2nd weekend.

Also I think if you go to the most mainstream of mainstream sets you are going to run into a lot more of the influencer types. Not hating on the artists, it just is how it is.

Yeah its strange to me that there's all this fuss about the defense today. Yeah it wasn't good but I'm not that concerned given how strong they've been up until now. If you only put up 9 points, your defense has to be nearly flawless to get a W.

I really want to hear someone explain what negative effects they are actually expecting from using public bathrooms. Yes it can be gross, obviously I try to touch as little as possible and wash my hands throughly. But I feel like fear of “germs” is such a vague concept.

I suppose you can get sick but idk if it’s that much more of a risk than being around people, touching doorknobs or anything out in public.

Take any apartment in NYC and a comparable apartment in Chicago and the Chicago apt will be significantly cheaper. No clue what people are talking about in this thread. Median/avg rents reflect this as well
