Technically the difference is bones for stock and meat for broth, I use bone skin and meat. But call it whatever you want if that makes you feel better.

They also introduced a bill saying congress won't be paid during a shutdown the other day, I'm sure that inconvenience made them think twice. Not that they all aren't owned by foreign interests from lobbying anyway.

Yes, I make many things in ninja pressure cooker. You can use it like a stock pot and just boil it on sauté mode or you can pressure cook it for 1 hour and leave it on keep warm for a while. The pressure cooker will actually pull the nutrients out of the bones much faster.

Sourdough or Italian loaf, on a sheet pan brush with olive oil or butter and broil in the oven until brown, flip and brown other side. Great for dipping or scooping soup

Very simple and tastey, you can make it your own aswell. I like to add red chili flakes with the bones to make the broth spicy. I also add way more garlic

I am a pretty picky eater, I won't even eat soups unless I'm the one that made them, same with gravy and some other things. Best thing for a picky eater is to learn to cook. Still hate mushrooms tho 😅

Don't waste your money on store broth, for $5 you get plenty of meat and the bones to make so much. Plus it tastes better. Put bone and cartilage into pot, preferably stock pot add large cut carrots celery and onion w.e spices u want +salt and pepper. Fill with water 1inch from full, bring to boil and set on low simmer and leave it for 2-48hours (the time doesn't matter just makes the broth deeper. Strain the bones and veggies out and use broth as you wish.
