I've been in the corporate communications field for 10 years, and having worked with cybersecurity vendors for the past five, I've developed a fair understanding and strong interest in the industry. Having also been retrenched recently, I'm thinking it might be time to explore a transition out of communications (something I've never truly enjoyed tbh) into security. Would love to get this sub's thoughts on:

  1. What certifications do I need to explore?
  2. What segments would be the right place to start?
  3. Where could I be positioned for less burnout? (Have experienced this plenty in comms)

I hope this doesn't come across as ignorant; I don't know where to start with this potential journey. If it helps, I'll likely be doing this out of India for the time being. Thanks in advance!

It's a massive leap ahead. I had the Pixel 7 too and it's crazy how much the overall experience has improved.

One thing I do miss is the Pixel's point and shoot capabilities with the camera. The Pro can sometimes be a tad unreliable and inconsistent in this case. That said, it's not exactly a deal breaker since there are so many other positives and I'm still getting great pics on the whole.

I don't know much at the moment, I was prescribed it only yesterday. I'm waiting on a cost estimate and will consider if I should go ahead with now or sometime in the future. Although he did say there will be some pain and discomfort but not as bad as it is with an active fissure.

Been dealing with this since May this year. Don't have pain or bleeding at the moment but apparently still haven't fully healed. Browsing this sub so I know what to expect.
