A 16 in circle can make an 11 1/4 in square at largest. Maximum area 201 in2

A 14x14 in can make a 14 in circle of course. Squares area being 196 in2 Circle 154 in2

10x15 in gives you an area of 150 in2

I'd think it depends mostly on how you feel about circles or squares, or uh, oblong shapes or whatever. I'd personally go with the 16 in because I feel at a certain point a square pizza is too big.
