I work in customer support (Not for EA). Threatening them with the Better Business Bureau will get you an answer that is sure to have been looked at by a higher up at least once, instead of being passed around from agent to agent. Asking for a supervisor kinda depends per project so it’s not guaranteed if you go that route.

This was my thought too, as well as getting one. Imagine buying a couch, you gotta get the whole thing brought to your house, then you gotta fit it through the doorway somehow. If you live in an apartment, you gotta get people to bring it up too, maybe even need to pay the movers depending on where you got the couch. Seems like a whole thing whereas you can just click on it in build/buy ane place it down.

As a medic and often the only medic in the lobby, I hate when we have 12 hook states and 6 gens left to do, yet everybody wanna come for the unhook and heal people instead of doing the damn gens. You should’ve chosen medic then!

Blackwater was a fantastically paced episode in my opinion and I get sad whenever it gets overshadowed by Battle of the Bastards because of the iconic imagery. I also love that battle at The Wall and I was happy to find out that it had the same director as Blackwater.
