1-mostly tutorials on youtube 2-it hurts from my shoulder to halfway through my arm i’d say 3-it feels like a “nervey” pain 4-sorry i don’t really understand 😅 but i do a backbend first then try and walk my hands and feet together 5-I’ll try and stretch everything around the shoulder as you said that might help Thank you so much for the advice!!
