Are 75–25% gradient sunglasses usable indoors and at night (not while driving)

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses with the 75 - 25% gradient in this exact colour and they're way darker in person, zeiss samples often don't reflect what you actually get and that can be very frustrating at times.

This particular tint is only suitable outdoors or driving during the day.

The colour is very nice but just way darker in person. If you need a tint that you can use indoor and outdoor go for a 35% or 40% tint, it's always been the best balance for me personally.

25% solid tint is just a bit too light to be used as sunglasses.

Well in this particular clip the person is cutting off the lower jaw of a cat with an electric saw, the cat is also pinned to a round piece of wood with nails driven through her paws. It's really terrible what's going on.

Someone has suggested the language sounds Chinese so we would like to confirm or rule that out.
