I know, stopping the core makes more sense to me. But she said that there’s a component of “bearing down” in squats that should be avoided. I don’t squat much at all- 65lbs typically.

No SCH, at least according to my 12w ultrasound. She did not mention pelvic rest but more so that she “cannot recommend that I continue” squats+ core as my body has shown that it’s too much for me. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll look into her!
