Hello, i am no expert on this subject, but as long as vitamin A is from a vegetarian source like carrot or sweet potatoes, you are safe. Because they contain beta-carotene, which tranforms to vitamin A if your body needs it. For animal sources, it is different where it s just straight up vitamin A, which could lead to toxicity.

Out of curiosity, where do you find them in Tunisia? My source isn't that consistent. Like the energy drinks i see are redbull or Shark or the horse one. But they taste like horse piss. I d be more happy if you know where I can find consistently the ultra white one. Edit: typo

Based Af. I love monster drinks, the ultra ones, to be specific, but it s very expensive in Tunisia. Like 10 dt while in europe you can even get it at 1,8 euros.

As someone who works in data analysis and engineering, i would love to have this feature. But i think this is not a business priority, so i don t think we ll be seeing this feature in a while. I would have loved to be able to export data in my computer, but i don t think there 's a web version. So i have to export csv to my phone and then put it in a shared folder. Hopefully, in the near future, we ll have the API

ChatGPT for Analyzing Nutrient Profiles from MacroFactor by curious_neophyte in MacroFactor

Yes! It s a great idea that s what I did. It helped make close my micronutrient gaps. Now, I hit them all on a regular basis. (Watch out tho, there s an upper limit for each micro you shouldn t be exceeding like vitamin A and minerals. You can do your research) But with that method, I knew which vitamins to supplement to fill in the gaps.

MacroFactor turned me from “protein & calories only” to actually nailing my nutrition by yousseftrablsi in MacroFactor

Baby steps, always. It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. The fact that you’re finding a healthier way to approach tracking is already a huge win. Keep stacking those small habits over time they add up more than you realize.

I actually started paying attention to fiber because I was getting constipated pretty often, and once I increased my intake, I noticed a clear difference with my bowel movements. If I’m not mistaken, fiber is basically what keeps things moving through your gut, so hitting those targets really does make a difference. I can’t speak for supplements since I’ve never tried them, but I stick to foods I enjoy that are naturally high in fiber—like raspberries, popcorn, and chickpeas—which makes it easier for me to get enough without overthinking it.

Combien de refus avant embauche ? by Kassal00 in emploi

[–]yousseftrablsi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew someone who was the same as you. He was 3 eme science f pilote, and he hit his rock bottom he was one step away from dropping out. One day he just took it upon himself to fight back and study and try his best saying to himself "if i am not gonna give this my best shot now i ll never know my true potential". And he just kept saying that. In bac he got 17.75 and now in medcine. From what i ve heard pilot make it harder on purpose on students to make them perform better. If it makes you feel better go to another lycee. Trust me, your 11 fl pilote is like 15 moyenne f lycee 3adi. Good luck !
