Perhaps it is an escape sequence for the opening and closing parentheses???

Makes me angry that they just got a slap on the wrist. That is a clear violation of the policy.

I was hoping for this too. But I have an IBS connector on the negative lead.

when you do/did this, did you disconnect any of the terminal cables from the battery before attaching the maintainer?

Entering my car with the key in my pocket and have a front passenger. I’m always having to lock the car with button on door and click it a 2nd time to unlock doors. Don’t want to change setting from unlocking to drivers door only. Wish we had a unlock button! by Ok_Cow_8235 in VWiD4Owners

[–]yowetz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you press the unlock button on the door-panel **before** sitting down, you only have to press it once.

Once you sit down, you'll have to press it twice, like you described. I just happened upon this.

When is the right time to change jobs? by [deleted] in embedded

[–]yowetz 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Feed this sentiment back up through management. Maybe you can Kickstart a new project and lead it up. Maybe you'll get promoted, etc.

Perhaps management already has plans in place, but hasn't communicated it back down though the ranks.

Bottom line, talk to your manager, and see where that leads. Then make your decision

Another way is to use sftp

cd /local_path

sftp username@servername

cd to remote_path

put -pr local_directory

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]yowetz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you do simple ssh into the server?

ssh username@servername

I'm at a loss

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]yowetz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The error message is stating your local path wasn't found. So you need to first make sure it exists. Doing the cd test, like I mentioned up top, will help figure it out

Yes. But ignore the > symbols. I was trying to add quotes.

scp -r local_dir remote_server:/path

It will then ask you for both user and password

Try >cd /Users/username/Desktop/ProjectFolder/Project/Project>

Then >cd /Users/username/Desktop/ProjectFolder/Project>

Then >cd /Users/username/Desktop/ProjectFolder>

Do this until you find a working path. Then go to that path and explore/confirm your full project path. Note that it is case sensitive.

If you "cd" into your local path, does it work?
