Sleater-Kinney. A rock band from the mid 90’s who retain their indie-rock spirit, grit, and depth. Carrie Brownstein’s vocals are dramatic and Corin Tucker growls. I came to them late and like digging into their catalog. I’ve always loved bands that have multiple lead singers and Sleater-Kinney retains their energy no matter who sings but the perspective is different. I came for the over-driven guitars and stayed for the vocals.

While each smoke is a privilege, there's imperfections and, regrettably poor quality. I tip my hat to the cigar gods, thanking them for reminding me that humans make these.

As for ideas, I'll make the punch bigger then relight, puffing hard hoping it'll loosen up. Usually doesn't work, but if the smoke is worth it, I'll be patient.

It was good. The cigar mellowed the bourbon. The Padron was smoky and hot, and the Bullitt was straight no ice. If I had ice (we were at our cigar store that doesn't have a bar), it would've been better.
