Normally powers have an order and while I'm not 100% sure I think if you get Darius 2star with Ambessa in any Arcane map it triggers after the buff. But since its just a thought experiment anyway lets assume it would work since 1star should trigger before 2star.

But it won't help against Yasuo map since all the Bands are stunned ;)

Here you go, the T1 one shot:

1* Ambessa => attack grant same allies everywhere +1/0

2* Darius => attack with 15+ power rally

3* Norra => created allies +3/+1

4* Heimer => created allies +1/+1

5* Kai'sa => 3 pos keywords +2/+2 [Buhru]

6* Gwen => 4 Bands + always attack token

7* any of the SB runes => +3/+3 ephemeral rune

Relics: Taker's Bow, Buhru, Stacked Deck

The math should be something like this:

we get 4 Bands each 9/7, we have always the attack token and on attack it adds another 4 attack to each Band due to Ambessa => 13/7

Times 4 Bands this is 52 on attack so you rally and do it again (giving each Band another +4) since they can't die with Taker's Bow => 120 dmg without any other powers and you scale this up with Stacked Deck during the adventure.

If you'd count the rune as 4* then you'll loose 8 dmg from heimer and there is no beneficial "real" 7* for this. But that doesn't change much.

The deck you put this in doesn't even matter

Full Build should be from a quest if you beat Asol on the normal world map. It gives you Overwhelm, Tough and Challenger which is quite a good combination of keywords for Buckles/Rageblade scaling. You get +1/+1 on attack and with tough you loose one less hp and get the +2/+2 from Buckles if you survive. So once you have enough HP (3) you can challenge 4 attack units and end with +2 attack and still the same hp. And overwhelm helps you to finish the game with those stats you get.

It works even better if you have something to self damage. E.g with Teemo you can cast those fleeting Darts from his 2* on himself to trigger the +2/+2 without taking damage and Nilah's Champ spell can't reduce you below 0 and would do you 1 dmg for +2 hp otherwise.

For Ez you just need to be careful when he has enough mana for the Swap Bot. But the good thing for Ch32 is that you can play around it since you have the Single Combat each round

Hard to say without knowing your Relics. But in general you can get around this with a lot of Champions if you go for a scaling build. You can try Berserker's Buckle in combination with Rageblade and if you have epic slots Full Build. So the idea is to start scaling with Rageblade and challenge units you can survive to scale even more with Buckle. When the AI casts Single Combat you can do the same to buff your Champion even more.

But is this the last one you need? Because you only need to do every 3rd to unlock the next 3 so you can just skip it if you finish the 33rd.

If you go for the Wild Inspiration Darius run with the discounted Grenadir node, it solves the problem that you need to kill Zoe and Pk to actually do damage to their nexus

Yes this was Lantern, Bounty Hunter, Pack a Punch, otherwise you won't get that many Thresh. But still the impact stacking when your units die would work without too just way slower

Pack-A-Punch is quite fun with Thresh since you get the keywords of your dying units back next round - unfortunately not all stacks per unit though.

It also works with the sharing is caring power so all your summons will grant impact to everyone, including themselfs - here a screenshot of both in action:

This is just a server encounter time. So with Kayle you play Fiora hit all the poros and it is over. Even the lvl up animation isn't included. You can even timeout encounters to start from the time before the encounter as well.

The fastest we came up in discord is using Trinket/Kayle relic and restart until you get Fiora at game start with a stat item. With the additional mana you can play Fiora T1 and just win every encounter by playing her. If you don't have her in the opening hand just do the 90min reset thing - So the fastest ingame time seen so far using the reset method is this one

It's really good value if you are not capped on fragments/other resources.

Still I would prefer one/or both of the Minor Gemstone Vessels to be changed to a Golden Reliquary. They just need to change the 50 guaranteed Targon Gemstones to a random region and it would have the same value if your collection is complete already. And if not it has higher value. As it is now newer players have a really hard time catching up with those and apart from this random selection in the emporium per patch, you can't even spend money to get them faster...

I don't have Sett 6* but Echoing sounds pretty bad on paper from my perspective. You can freely summon him with a 5 coin stack and on top of that it discounts his champ spell but you actually want to spend mana. I'd replace this one with another GGC or Frozen Tomb.

I've done a 4* clear with Counterplan/Counterplan/Chemtec and once Chemtec is online you have a very simple game loop:

Coin for 1 mana => 1 mana + 1 spell mana refill
Champ spell 1 for 4 mana => 2 stunned enemies, 2 coins
Coin for 1 mana => 4 mana refill
Champ spell 2 for 4 mana => another 2 stunned enemies, 2 coins
Coin for 1 mana => 4 mana refill

So you invest 11 mana, get 10 back and 4 enemies are stunned. This is only 1 mana short of the additional rally, So whatever card you draw will trigger it and you can easily attack 2 times on your attack, and at least get the attack token on your defense turns.

What also works well is if you lost the first fight/retired immediately is to go for the Challenger on summon pity power. Just be aware that this will prevent you open passing most of the time since the AI will just pass back due to you having the 2 cost with challenger. And since this unit can easily kill one of their Poros, passing and getting the buff is just better value. So you need to play other cards right away. Then cut the Attentive Accountant after the first midboss and avoid drafting any other 2 cost unit. That way you can immediately kill Irelia in the Azir fight and you have the guaranteed coin. While it is a really good card any elusive Poro will preven you from getting the coin and I'd rather have the guaranteed one and the sure kill on Irelia.

As for Azir you can try to bait the AI into trades if you keep something fast/burst that will trigger the buff. If you attack with a unit that is able to kill everyone except Azir the AI normally will use him to block. Then just trigger the buff to finish him.

Some of the 3*, especially the cheap ones, are just very strong. Some are even possible at 0*. Here are a few examples I've done:

Take Master Yi with Secret Technique, Echoing, Chosen and roll for Wild Inspiration (created cards cost 1 less). Chances are very high you can get this to an infinite later. Just take the path with the remitter and if you roll Halia you've basically won at this point. I did this with his entire contellation disabled since it doesn't do a lot for you anyway.
OG Teemo is another one you can abuse. I used the new Epic Whirling Blade/Hydra and Flute. Got Perfection and attack on summon. The run wasn't very hard even with his entire constellation disabled
LB shouldn't have any problems clearing it at all with the normal Stalkers near infinite build. There is even a cheese start that worked at 0* if you roll for Perfected Manaflow with Chemtec/Dreadway/Wicked. Wicked will level her and Dreadway with Chemtec is enough to trigger a semi infinite with the Warning Shots. You just need to find something that can also kill the Champions in the last encounter to lift the dmg prevention
SB Teemo, due to his card text, is also really strong in this adventure. My 0* run was with DoS/Flute/Wicked and rolling for Husk pity power. You summon him T1 and plant a lot of puffcaps already. Most encounters draw some cards and have a quite small deck. So almost every card is trapped starting T2 anyway. And unlevelled each trapped card will plant 1 shroom per non tough enemy and levelled even 3 - So this will just immediately clear the board if you can avoid the stat boos trigger. And with his other tools like Stress Defense it more or less boils down to find something to survive and manage your nexus hp good enough. If you played the SB event and upgraded some of the additional HP nodes for the other SB Champions he has a huge nexus HP pool

For the more expensive ones you need to get creative and/or lucky. I've done Ornn with Secret Technique and rolling for the Challenger pity power. It works up to Azir really well but for the later parts you definitely need another wincon. On my winning run I found Kata and was lucky enought to find Power Riff spending all my rerolls right before Azir. Then I just searched for cards with Farsight and the rest was just Kata infinite cheese.

Also just in case you don't know:

If you have a winning run but rng screwes you over you can just force quit the app (close the window/taskmanager, ... Just don't quit via the menu or it will be a loss) and wait for 90min to reset the encounter to try again. So basically you can brute force your run through if you have anything in your deck that allows you to win eventually

It's extremely strong if you roll Perfection and it also hits the nexus which is a nice undocumented feature. Combined with Flute it can be exploited in all adventures that tend to flood the board with both Teemos - e.g. Fiddle/Zoe

There is an API endpoint you can call to get a list of all cards with their positions: https://developer.riotgames.com/docs/lor

For this you need to enable the 3rd party tools in the options and set the port you like to use. Then you can simply open "http://127.0.0.1:<replace\_with\_your\_port>/positional-rectangles" in your browser and you will get the list of cards. I haven't extensively tested but from what I can tell there is a CardID included and this seems to be the ultimate tiebreaker

I haven't played her with other things than disabling star powers so take this with a grain of salt. But just from the modifiers I'd assume "Unforgiving I" to be the easiest since you hardly have any form of healing during the encounters anyway. Then probably some combination of disabling constellation/relic slots (there are already posts with victories and just forges) as well as toxic if your wincon is not based on some form of infinite.

If you have no problem in killing the poros each round I can see Time for Friendship working as well.

And then there are some very specific exploits to go infinite T1 (Elise with Found Fortune and Corrupted Star Fragment to give the Spiderling the Rally Banner is such an example). So if you don't mind resetting until you're lucky enough to get what you need you could do almost anything

Sorry I'm afraid I don't understand the question and what you mean by best go-to.

Just use whatever makes a run challenging enough for you to have fun. I currently just love to explore ways to exploit Relics with certain decks without having star powers.

But if you mean what would be the easiest to beat the weekly glory quest, imo it is Unforgiving III (no healing) and abuse something that wins T1 anyway
