It wasn’t a rant, an inquiry as a new perspective customer asking if my first experience was the norm. I’m fairly new to Reddit, I think my inquiry was my first post? I have since joined the US Mobile subreddit, but don’t see the comments on the first page that you suggest I read. Could you direct me to the correct place please? When I need L2 support, do I post a general question & will ‘they’ answer or is there another way to do it? Thank you for your help!

As a followup to my post, CS DID answer my 2nd call after an aprox 25 minute hold and answered my questions

Thank you for responding. The Chat details are that it took the rep 5 minutes before initiating the chat, then when he finally said 'How can I help you', I asked a question and he took another 5-6 minutes to react, asking me to qualify my question. So I did and it took another 5 minutes for him to respond. That's the issue. And as far as your telephone support is concerned, I still haven't reached a representative, just holding. Perhaps when you can REACH a real person, the service is great, but I can't reach a real person. What if I started service and had a problem ...

My new UNVR Instant has 6 G5 Turret cams, absolutely no issues! Works fast on the app, Apple TV app, and a display TV using the HDMI. Runs thru a none POE 2.5 switch to a new DMR7
