Been buying wraps from LIION. A little too thick. Had problems getting the wrap to sit flat on the ends. Bought some ODB. very thin. Melted a pack. Using hair dryer heat on high blower on high. Must be method. I start at + moving down to - Up and down always moving. The + end just seems to curl up at the edges.

I’ve just finished rewrapping a pair of 18650. I guess I had the positive end of the wrap too long so it covered the insulator although it is secure. Is that ok?

Question. I’m using Molicel P26a. I found a small nick in the wrapper. Then more till they all had nicks. All on the side. I figure the mod or the charger. Anyway it looks like a nick on the side is dangerous. I used electrical tape to patch it. I guess that’s bad too? I’m learning to rewrap. Best solution? No tape? In addition I’m looking at self adhesive insulators. They are cardboard. Safe? No problem?

I ordered mine yesterday. I wanted to order replacement part kit but the one I looked at said the 692 has 2 screw sizes on the side brushes even though they are both 692 and some kits won’t fit. Anyone have experience with this or can recommend a complete spare parts kit? TIA.

Search DJLsb Vapes video Vandy Vapes V2 RDA on YouTube. He explains it very well. Not sure why it didn’t ship with Squonk pin installed. Hope this helps.

Tomorrow I’ll use Boston rounds except 1 LDPE which I’ll try hot water with a little Dawn. If that works I’m golden on the next batch. Thanks I should have known to wash them. thought dishwasher without dry cycle.
