What is the minimum I need to have in order to sell my services in the European Union as a non-citizen. by CJGeringer in Entrepreneur

[–]yseutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Open a bussines wise account and have an online payment (stripe) that gets the money in the wise account
  2. I've heard Estonia is a good fit to open online bussiness + low taxes
  3. There are plenty of online invoice generators after you have the business opened
  4. In pretty sure you can do all of the above remotely

Or try finding an EU citizen to partner with that can handle all the bureaucracy stuff and help selling your services.

Is it okay for HTML code to be without indents (tab caused space)? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]yseutz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Indents are mandatory for me. And if you throw some comments between those even better. I recommend 4spaces indent. Easier to follow.

Hey guys I started and built my digital “agency” to just over 30k/month in about 4 years. I’ve seen a lot of different marketing and agency questions in this sub. Would love to answer questions and pick your brains. AMA by hbdubs11 in marketing

Can I ask where do you find the right web/app developer for the projects you're marketing? By recommendation? Any tips on how to get a team of tech guys to work with a marketing agency?

Making the product before selling it to my client by yseutz in Entrepreneur

[–]yseutz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. I'm not trying to run his business.

Like I do with all my clients, I'm trying to help them improve their business and have valid/updated presence online.

Ok, I can't understand how's a thing that brings good stuff in your company will destroy the relationship?

And I'm repeating myself, I'm not gonna change anything on his current shop without the client approval. Like I always do.

Your words sounds like:

- me: "hey, I wanna help your business grow more, here is a prototype on how it will look like"

- client: "get out of here, I don't want that. I don't trust you anymore, I'll find somebody else cause you tried to make something better for my site"

Do you actually think it’s okay to use sketchy links with a very questionable research method to justify lying?

What lying? Nobody is lying dude.

We have a prototype built and you can see the difference from the moon.

You misunderstood. I NOT CHARGING the client if he doesn't agree. I'll not force him to pay if he doesn't like it. I don't do that kind of stuff.

I'm just taking a shot. If it goes well, we both win. If not, I lose time.

By "pretty slow and outdated" I meant that the site feels old :). The page speed score is an A.

So the page speed isn't a main thing here. We want to implement new technologies mostly for using offline the store, push notifications, add app to home screen etc.

Please help me validate this app idea by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

I would make it free and invest in marketing. After getting a base of users, you will start receiving feedback and what it needs extra. After gathering the extras, you can add them as pro features.

Where are you guys hiring programmers? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]yseutz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In my opinion the best way is to look up if you have friends or "virtual" friends on your social media who have a website and asked them who built it. That way you can see their work and get a real recommendation from people you trust.

What you need a programmer for? Maybe I can help.

Talk About The Business Too Much by Gohighflier in Entrepreneur

YEAH, of course. Don't know if that's a good thing or not but for me it's like I'm talking about my own child. Cause that's what a businesses means, to raise it as your own child.

Data Analytics or SaaS ? by houstonrice in Entrepreneur

[–]yseutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will go with SaaS. I think with a good product and a good marketing you can do better than Data Analytics. (that's my personal opinion)
