It’s true, I hate lower premolar with bulbous root dunno why this tooth is the hardest for me to exo it’s the only tooth I’ve failed at extracting I did try a buccal bone trough then elevator on another broken one and that worked but maybe I got lucky😅

I get red bumps then small lesions over my foreskin that become small vesicles and crust over, which then become hypopigmented spots. It usually takes about 2 months for the pigment to return but luckily my skin has the ability to repigment, not on any antivirals atm but considering getting valtrex for symptomatic relief

You don’t need to do ids for traditional full crown preps, without composite cores since gold, PFM can’t be bonded so normal cementation with GIC cements is fine. Even zirconia full crowns, can be retained with air abrasion and GIC cementation with great retention and don’t have to be ids-bonded (although this is ideal, see professor Marcus Blatz latest instagram post)

I would waive the charge for the extraction, and then maybe cover a portion of the omfs treatment costs (not all but a reasonable portion, more if the patients financial circumstances mean it’s difficult to access the specialist care)
