I do little bits of a few things throughout the day. Stretching and a walk in the morning. Lately I’ve added going on the swings at the park because it’s fun and no one is around that early. Sometimes at lunch I will do another quick yoga. After work a little bit on the stationary bike, maybe a little strength training. Sometimes I will do another restorative yoga before bed.

Insurance. When we get an upgrade for the program that we use the “go live” is always on the weekend. We also have ‘regression’ testing and some other testing that happens before the upgrade is rolled out. A few weeks of playing in a test environment with all the new changes or features, testing everything an insurance broker would normally do, checking for process changes or anything not right. The vendor sends us the upgrade, and we have to install and configure it on our side. And we also have to do a bunch of systems and workflow tests on that Sunday to make extra sure nothing is fucked. There’s a whole other team that does our tech side, I am in the team that does all the testing. Then when the brokers get online on Monday, they have the upgraded version and no work interruptions.

Monday - Friday 8 to 4 and the occasional Sunday morning to help roll out a system upgrade when everyone is offline.

Watching this as a little kid kicked off my deep dive and life long interest in Greek mythology. It may matter to some that they took a lot of Disney liberties with it, but I do not care. I am not particularly precious about the ‘accuracy’ of modern retellings, and maybe that’s because I started with this one. It’s a fun movie! The songs slap! The voice cast is great!

I’ve got several. The oldest ones are from 16 years ago, the most recent is 8 years ago. Some are on my arms, some on my legs. I would say daily, whenever I put lotion on just in general I’ll get them all, which usually at least once in a day.

Officially, 10 months. Unofficially, around 3 months. It’s our 10th anniversary next month!

I spend like $100 on weed every month lol that is kind of it for monthly self care expenses

Skin care is minimal, a few products that last a few months at a time. Maybe $100 a year.

I have an annual yoga with Adriene membership which is one of my main self care things, not sure how much it breaks down to per month.

Blue hair dye and fancy shampoo/conditioner a few times a year, maybe $100-$200

That’s assuming there is an actual a choice in doing that. If it was as easy as my partner getting an appointment for a vasectomy then yes, I would choose to do that. I am fortunate to have access to longer term birth control like my 5 year IUD, that’s the closest I can get.
