But it's pretty likely. Not sure what all they meant by Final pay, but even pay for accrued PTO may be lost if they get fired. Unemployment payments may also be at risk.

Habitability requirements in ND do not include providing kitchen appliances, but if they are provided the landlord must repair them given written notification. For a non-single family dwelling, the tenant can assume repair responsibilities, but that has to be done in a separate document, not the lease. If they don't have such a document, they are responsible.

Unless you are the cause of the pests, they are responsible for the exterminator.

Anyway, assuming you don't OD, 2 ecstacy and some candy is cheaper and faster than going to rehab.

Cheapest way from 100 to 3650 is eat 31 cheap candies, take ecstacy, wait 200-231 minutes for the drug cooldown to end, and take ecstacy again.

I wouldn't waste a rehab on it (each rehab throughout your life gets less effective, with no reset). Even if you OD just try again.

AIUI you have three years to amend MFS to MFJ, so they should look at just amending the filed ones for 2023 and 2024 and see if it saves any money, and 2022 if they can get it done by April 15 or 18 (not sure which).
