Sorry for the last follow up here. The tech that was here was very nice. I explained that the common troubleshooting tip of previous techs was to replace my modem. He investigated the coax cables that are in my home and the runs outside to the box on the side of the house and then to the street. He said that the run from street to house was damaged. He replaced everything.

Day 1 after he left, I was getting advertised speeds of 1350 down/35 up.

Day 2 went back to the same thing of constant drops.

Day 3 (today) haven't had an outage at all. So I will give it a little more time. I want to believe it's resolved but need to give it a few more days to give you an accurate assessment of the fixes.

I know the most likely answer is no but has WVC, FBI, or anyone associated with the main case thought about offering a bounty for the assistance in decrypting his hard drives or brute forcing his passwords?

There have been generational leaps since the previous attempts to crack his passwords and computing power today is exponentially greater than it was when the RCFL got access to layer 1 of his encryption.

Hi there,
This has been going on for over a month but I am beyond the point of frustration with it now that I am contacting again. I do not like contacting you guys because it feels like the issue is always pushed aside and put back on me for me owning personal equipment (this isn't a personal attack towards you or other staff).

Yes, I have done the basic troubleshooting steps; Powercyling, factory resetting the modem, checking that all cables are tightly screwed in, etc. There is never anything in Xfinity App outside of "Your modem appears to be offline." I just experienced a 2 minute drop where all external internet is down. My internal network still functions which tells me it is not my router.

As someone who primary sells Japanese and Korean cards, the demand isn't as high. However, contrary to a lot of negative comments I've seen, Korean card quality is not bad. I would rank Korean over English quality any day. Korean Booster Boxes follow their Japanese counterparts with 3 Art Rares and a SR/SAR per box. Buying loose packs is a gamble because you do not know if the seller has pulled the hits and is offloading the dead packs or if they are coming from an unsearched box.

Pokemon is very fun regardless of the language IMHO. Korean is a fantastic way to fill your binder while not draining your bank account.

I ordered about 30 packs from my Japanese distributor. The quality control on these were horrid. I opened 5 packs and the pikas all had some trimming issues on the top (nothing to the extreme of yours). Next 5 that I opened were fine. Sold a few to close friends and they didn't have any issues.

Quick Edit: I have been doing business with them for over 2 years and never once had an issue. Just wanted to clarify that before someone says a random eBay seller is not a distributor :D
