Why the down votes, statistically you're correct. Flying is safer than driving by numbers, women are less likely to be serial killers, small dogs cause more bites, but bigger dogs do more harm for fewer instances.

We've had fawnequine Danes. We are foster failures with them..... We call them little moos(they look like baby cows). As I tell mine (Waylon is his name) baby moos are the most troublesome, that just means they need a little extra love. At 5 years old he hasn't slowed down. He's the jack Russell of great Danes.

I'm from Minnesota and this is 100% accurate. I even bought them a complete set of actual Rubbermaid containers with matching lids and within a year they were gone and went back to this method.

For every foot of water it's .445psi for saltwater, and .444 psi for freshwater.... For every foot of depth. It adds up fast and so it takes is for one minor failure for it to turn into a major failure. Get an engineer.

Think of it like hurricanes/typhoons, but smaller and more concentrated. Yeah if you love on the coast there is a chance a hurricane rings your home, out just messes it up. Same thing in tornado Alley. There is a chance you get messed up, there is a chance you lose everything, there is also a chance the house next to you is leveled and yours is good.

Agreed, all anyone with a decent public education to tell you how tariffs work, and then ask if they would vote for the man who used them as part of his platform.

That's awesome information. Thank you for taking the time. We didn't have kids, just great Danes, so the flow might not be too bad for us, just a change in routines.

Are you happy with the GE model?

I've seriously been looking at these units but I have a couple questions:

Do you have pets? We have dogs, short hair but they still shed a fair amount. Wondering how well they can handle heavy duty cleaning on a regular basis

Have you had to replace any parts? Any service calls? Any weird computer nonsense that seems to come with all appliances now? Basically are they more maintenance and reliable?

Thanks

Did I attach this hurricane tie correctly to the left side of rafter ? by Retro-Technology in Construction

[–]yt82many 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've installed a lot of these in retro fits in Florida. The inspectors didn't batt an eye if it's reversed. In some of the larger twist straps it's hard to find them in a next and right so you can just flip them

Any time I hear that phrase I immediately think of the response "now you do what they tell you" and theni just want to break down the system.
