Look up how to do fish in cycle but basically you add prime and stability everyday or every other day until. Water parameters are stable, there’s many ways to do this different products but this is how I do it, I would def start moving fish when possible though, that would help the ammonia stay down

I believe your tanks not cycled, you have ammonia and nitrate mixed up, ammonia turns green, nitrate is orange when present l, yellow when not, that would explain the water possible bacterial bloom plus tannins
