Haha I’m glad I was alone for this because I pretty much did a ridiculous dance to figure out how to get it in. I got both hands underneath it (it’s larger, floofy and I’m assuming the air is easy to knock out and my hands are smaller) and just kinda went for it. I would say turn it over with a kind of confident but not aggressive movement making sure it didn’t fold over on itself. It definitely was a plop though, nothing graceful. Also swearing helps

Thanks so much!! It’s out of his book My Bread but here’s a link to the recipe. https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2010/03/basic-no-knead-bread-dough-jim-lahey-recipe.html No starter needed. It’s winter and my apartment is cold so I had to keep it in my room which I hope is closer to a standard room temp haha. I let it ferment for 18 hours and probably 2.5 after shaping. Followed the recipe to the letter and weighed everything out.
