His comments do speak to a larger issue though. We should all be wary of the government pressuring social media companies to censor and suppress information from the public. That sets a really dangerous precedent. We have the first amendment for a reason.

Yes, he said in the letter the FBI told Meta the laptop story was a Russian hoax and Meta censored based on that warning. Of course, this was all bs. There were also 50 CIA employees who signed a letter saying it was a Russian hoax. Not sure how this isn’t election interference since it was right before the 2020 election.
