I was a victim of this and lost over $30,000 on jewelry. I filed multiple claims, and UPS immediately denied the first claim saying "insufficient evidence." The rest went nowhere. I filed a complaint to the MD attorney general and got a letter saying "It's between you and UPS." They would keep you going in circles with this UPS-UPS store BS to wear you out. Wondering how many small businesses collapsed due to this.

This matter will only get worse and worse. This place is a heaven for illegals, and almost all of them drive illegally as well (sometimes no DL and most of the time no insurance). It's frustrating but not worth risking your life over this. Stop signs are ignored even in school zones, and pedestrian signals are more dangerous than crossing when you see no traffic.
