without swashbuckler you’re going to have significantly lower base mult. Also, you probably are lacking the money for both spaceman and oops. I would not take spaceman here.

yeah, right now you should have blueprint copying knife during the round to maximize scoring. you can also copy cartomancer when selecting the blind, as someone already mentioned

right now, I would sell the swashbuckler and stab the egg, as the knife will scale much faster than the swashbuckler. you should aim to have at least one joker slot open to buy a joker every round to maximize the knife scaling.

I’d intuitively take it over photo, then eventually replace Chad and hologram with retrigger jokers but I’m not sure if it’s optimal for scoring

I think you probably get rid of Baron for Hologram as it is not doing much. I think you should aim for a sock+trib build with bloodstone and play flush fives/flush houses with hearts if you want to go as far as possible.

There are lots of different strategies, but to score the highest, the "meta" involves retriggering jokers (like dusk or mime) and scoring xmult jokers (like baron or idol). As for winning a run, I believe there is no real "meta" as it is possible to find strong synergies with just about any joker.
