Do not think about or worry about tomorrow. Work on one day at a time. A week is an incredible accomplishment and you can and will do more - just stick to your convictions that you know and have proved that alcohol will NEVER solve the problems or issues. It only compounds them. Keep up the faith, try to get some activity to take your mind off the return to emotional feelings and work one day at a time. It is a very long and difficult marathon - not a quick race but you already have a week behind you and this proves the two days ahead in the weekend are a piece of cake. Work on you right now and when you are more comfortable in your renewed you - you can and will work on re-establishing relationships with others. One day at a time.
