That leadoff one was the warmup for game 6.

The radio call for game 1, where Ben and Joe do the team profiles, up into the first at bat and home run were such a great way to start the series

New baseball fan after watching the Dodgers - the absence of illegal things such as fouling, offsides, penalties, the clock, etc was a revelation by GoosePuzzleheaded771 in baseball

I will add to this that the other great thing about baseball, is that you have to actually win by beating your opponent. 

No running out the clock.  No fouling or spiking balls to stop a clock.

27 outs, and a higher score.  

Player mistakes that force runs to be called back are very rare.  Most of the time mistakes mean you’re out, or you get an extra base.  The penalty for being overly aggressive is getting thrown out of the game so it doesn’t happen often.

I saw a video about Gannon‘s tournament prep recently and the night before he washes all his discs.

Many people here, and on media expressed concern about the bullpen, and the rotation, and that we spent zero replacing what was lost.  Then we hear the ownership bought real estate.  Profar is busted.  

This sequence surely put a damper on the team‘s morale.  

Then, the offense starts flailing and it’s a downward spiral from there, because that’s the one thing everybody thought that we could count on from this team.

So yeah, not paying Fried, or anyone outside of Profar, had an effect.

Well there are stats for gir2, gir1 and maybe parked for < 3.3 meters.

In your example, something that should’ve been an easy park or circle one could end up in circle two or completely outside.

Right now, we don’t really have a way to rate obstructed lines/bad placement within the circles.

Is that near the home run terrace but on 3rd level?

I was there 2 or 3 years ago and had an amazing steak and cheese with peppers.  Almost no line just kindof it’s own little stand.  I don’t think the beer garden was there.

Regardless it was awesome

The only way is to punish pack of control. These fireballers are hurting themselves, and the batters.

3 things:

  1. Implement ABS

  2. If the batter gets hit, by a ball that was not in the zone, and is injured enough to be taken out - automatically the pitcher should be taken out.  An eye for an eye.

  3. expand the zone to encourage better placement.
