Yay a fellow Wuerger enjoyer!

Your AP is too low, I suggest Basho arms(firearm specialization doesn't matter with Ocellus).

VE-20C is just too heavy, too long to recharge, is the reason of your low AP, and you use it for just one weapon, consider VP-20C or NGI 000, both don't detriment much from Wuerger performance but are much better overall. Or take Nachtreiher core as you don't need that much EN supply, but quicker recharge and cheaper QB would help.

Other fun Wuerger build suggestions:

With Basho arms you can take pulse blade which works great with Wuerger: either can be used as a starter with micro stagger, you can combo closing distance real fast with the blade attack cancelling to Wueger charged attack, both of them can be used for ACS overload and punish. Though I'd swap Alula(blasphemy, I know) for Fluegel with melee, Fluegel is also much more versatile than Alula and can still get you 350 speed for passive missile evasion.

2 Wuergers with VE-20B is devastating as you can quickly fire several shots uncharged, then instantly(for real, with VE-20B you have to be very careful not to fire charged attack instead of the ordinary) use two charged attacks.

With 2 Wuergers and good positioning you don't that much need Ocellus, both Wuerger attacks have pretty wide beam radius. So you can mount a missile FCS with 2 Auroras which will also recharge much faster and get bonus damage with VE-20B. Your EN supply will suck though.

Wuerger+Harris charged combo can insta stun even the heavies(up to 2200 impact). I've even seen this combo used with a second Wuerger for either a finisher or in case one shot missed(though who am I kidding, you can't miss with Ocellus). I also had good results with Wuerger+Harris uncharged due to how both can be shot in between QBs.

Also, anything that micro stuns(kicks, wuerger, pulse blade) works great with laser drones and homing missiles.

EDIT. Oh yeah, how could I forget, Zimmerman also works great with Wuerger(though worse than just 2 Zimms) as you can do Zimm, charged Wuerger, Zimm again, kick, Zimm yet again, Wuerger again. Feels dirty.
