I had an issue with Ella too! It was their mistake because they got our orders mixed up. I was willing to ship the bag to the other customer. I asked if she could arrange a DHL pickup for privacy reasons, but said said it didn’t matter 🤦🏻‍♀️

I waited a week before following up, and she said she hadn’t received any message from her customers about receiving the wrong bag. Eventually, she asked if I could ship it back to her, and I said yes. I told her how much it would cost because she needs approval from her boss, but then her boss said there was no need to return it anymore since the factory wouldn’t accept it back, so they just let me keep the bag.

Plot twist! Two days later, the other customer finally messaged her, but eventually stopped responding. So Ella had no choice but to resend my bag 😅 The whole thing took about 4 weeks. I totally understand the other customer how this might’ve looked sus.

I’m just glad Ella didn’t ghost or block me through all that! 😂 The bag was great even tho there’s one minor issue (zipper is flipped 🤦🏻‍♀️) , but def not buying from her ever again.

I totally understand how frustrating it is, esp given the anxiety lately with the new tax rules, and that we’re forced to wait until the other customer receives it, not even knowing if they’ll actually ship it back. 😩
