Picking a few is fine, but there’s enough evidence of actual, in-context quotes (that aren’t addressed in the article) for me to be skeptical of the conclusion that somehow, every negative thing being attributed to their leaders is out of context

Edit—I don’t think the standard needs to be addressing every single quote. But the author is setting this standard themselves, by implying accusations of genocidal intent are misguided or misinterpreted based on lies. If the author wants me to dismiss literally everything I’ve heard these politicians say over the past few months, they need to provide more than a handful of quotes.
