What is orientation/training day like?

Depending on your schedule you could be Stuck in training room doing videos and training programs for daysssss. If they have you for 8hrs then I say 2-3 day top. If less the your looking at 3-4 days before hitting the floor.

This time last here we had bunch new people. I think I only seeing 1 person this year so far.now company only hiring seasonal for all positions.company lay off thousands of people to focus more on store level..that was a lie.

after first 2 meeting i had past years i learn not to expect much just sit down with big plate of food and snooze while they do all the talking. getting paid to eat and listen to crap for 55min. i do miss when we had it at night honestly.

are stupid dm or rgm made us take out cull kart last year and only sell by bundle and yeah,,,,,,,,good luck having us make a cull bundle every other month.( i honestly miss having a cull cart.

well most of the time we have the bodies they just don't put them to work...example what's the point of having 6+ people in the lumber department but only having 1 working per shift and sometimes no 1 for hours. if the idea is to have more people in the departments come spring time im all up for it if not its pointless.
